KENNETH STARR: Baylor presidency a squalid final chapter for the former prosecutor.
in the New York Times, "Ken Starr's Squalid Second Act," which blisters the pious former Whitewater
persecutor for his dereliction as Baylor president
during the unfolding scandal of placing athletic success ahead of rape victims.
The conclusion's a killer for those who remember (who could forget) the Starr pursuit of Bill Clinton
for sexual indiscretion. It refers to Starr's excuse that he was unaware of the scandal roiling at Baylor.
