Kat Robinson and Grav Weldon's Tie Dye Travels
has a photo spread on the 1836 Club, the private club in the historic Packet House on Cantrell Road dreamed up by Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson and partners.

The idea is paying a monthly fee to have a place to drink and also eat meals prepared by Donnie Ferneau. The idea also is to get a bunch of lobbyists and corporate types to buy memberships in hopes of rubbing shoulders with legislators. In theory, legislators have to pay their own way, both to enter and drink and eat.

In the event a) you don't see a need to pay a fee to drink and b) you don't know a lobbyist who can get you past the front door, Kat has a spread of photos.
