Will Bart Hester, too, hold firm on his cave-in — persuaded by some of the financial titans he hopes to tap for future steps up the political ladder or succumb to Kochhead pressure.
Both could simply do right by the people of Arkansas. But apparently the Democratic Party is counted on for that. And, yes, 14 or so Republicans who've been on board the Obamacare Medicaid expansion from the outset, at some personal risk.
