20-year sentence in Maumelle child porn case

The U.S. attorney's office said today that Seth Christian Ganahl, 42, of Maumelle has received a 20-year federal prison sentence and lifetime supervised release in a negotiated plea to a charge of producing child pornography.

He enticed minors (a 15-year-old in one case) to send photos to a purported modeling agency and then paid them for sexual photos and videos. He made a sexually explicit video of one minor at his home in which the girl wore a dog collar and chain.
