Fayetteville television station falsely reporting voters must bring ID, claim election board members say it's required (UPDATED)

Channel 5 News in Fayetteville and Fort Smith is falsely reporting that voters must bring their IDs. That's not true. After the Arkansas Supreme Court, in 2014, overturned a 2013 Voter ID law, voters are not required to show ID. 

Austin Ross of Fayetteville pointed out the problem on social media. 

Channel 5 initially refused (see update below) to correct the blatantly false information and stated that they had confirmed it with "election board members." State Rep. Greg Leding chimed in to point out that this is not accurate.

UPDATE: The false information has finally been removed after being up all day. Bizarrely, they replaced it with the following sentence: "If voters believe they will need ID to vote, click here" — with a link to the Secretary of State's website.
