TRUMP: Clown prince of the paranoid style in American politics.
Donald Trump was asked on Michael Savage's radio talk show this morning whether there was anything to the conspiracy theory that Antonin Scalia
was murdered. Trump declined to respond but said "I'm hearing it's a big topic" and "they say they found a pillow on his face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow." Mediate reports
“Donald, I need to come back to the topic we’ve all been screaming about here, which is Scalia, was he murdered,” Savage said. “I know it’s pretty brutal to say that, and I’m not wanting to drag you into this, but this is going to be bigger and bigger and bigger.”
“I went on the air and said we need the equivalent of a Warren Commission, we need an immediate autopsy before the body is disposed of. What do you think of that?” Savage asked.
Trump avoided giving a straight answer, saying he didn’t know enough. “Well I just heard today… you know I just landed and I’m hearing it’s a big topic.”
“But they say they found a pillow on his face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow,” Trump said. “I can’t tell you– I can’t give you an answer.”
Trump is good at dancing right up to total insanity while giving himself the wiggle room to deny it later. From Birther conspiracies to racist fear mongering, no publicity is bad publicity for the Donald. This is your GOP frontrunner for president of the United States of America, by the way.
Scalia died of an apparent heart attack over the weekend. He was 79.
