Some familiar names have joined forces in a new  "strategic communications"  firm, Aarch Communications.

Joining in the partnership are Matt DeCample, communications director during Mike Beebe's tenure as governor and now president of Aarch Communications; Ben Noble, president of Noble Strategies, which specializes in government relations, and Grant Tennille, director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission under Beebe and president of Bering Strategic Advisors.

From their news release, which says DeCample will be responsible for "daily management" and Noble and Tennille strategic directors:

"We represent a broad range of organizations in Washington D.C., in state capitols and internationally," Noble said. "Clients constantly approach us with perceived political problems that are actually communications challenges outside the halls of government. Aarch Communications will provide these clients with the full range of services they need."

.... Aarch Communications will provide media relations and strategic communications services, but will also work in new media and Web design, crisis response, government policy analysis, polling and soft skills training.

Other employees include Cyrene Quiamco, director of social media; Lauren Waldrip, whose background includes time at the Razorback Foundation, as director of client services, and Jillian Hicks, a lawyer who's worked at CJRW and the Arkansas Health Department, as director of public affairs.
