A former Harrison resident has been sentenced to almost 15 years in federal prison for defrauding 80 victims in the sale of classic and vintage vehicles.
Travis Allen Blount Jr.
, 57, of Kirvyville, Mos. was sentenced in federal court in Fort Smith to 175 months in prison for mail fraud, wire fraud, two counts of money laundering and possession of a firearm by someone with a prior conviction.
From 2012 to 2015, a news release from the U.S. attorney's office said, Bount operated car lots in Malvern, Hot Springs, Harrison and Kirbyville.
