On 12/01/2015 Officer responded to being flagged down by a witness advising they saw a female thrown from a truck on Kanis Rd. Officer located a B/F (KORSHA ROGERS, B/F, 01/26/1981, of Little Rock) unresponsive in the road. Rogers was transported to the hospital where she died of her injuries.
Detectives were able to locate the vehicle and developed Donald Price as the driver. Price was interviewed and advised he was driving, but that Rogers climbed out of the passenger side window on her own. At the conclusion of the interview, Price facilitated the delivering of the truck he was driving the night of this incident. Price was then released without charges pending further investigation.

Detectives met with staff from the Medical Examiner’s Office and, based on the investigation, Dr. Erickson has ruled the victim’s death as an Accidental Death and not a Homicide. The investigative file will be for-warded to the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for any possible charges.
