n ISIS targets in Syria. ISIS is believed to have had a role in the attacks that killed at least 129 and left dozens critically injured from machine gun fire and explosions at several places in Paris.
The targets are in Raqqa,
a city ISIS considers the capital of its caliphate.
Authorities are also seeking a man
