hoping to breathe life into his moribund presidential campaign by holding a rally in Kentucky today for jailed Kentucky clerk Kim Davis,
has caused a school holiday for 1,000 school kids. Five schools in Ashland, Ky., will be closed for fear of traffic congestion
for Huckabee's jailhouse rally.
Huckabee has won quite a bit of air time for his fractured legal and historical assertions in defense of Davis' decision to refuse to comply with a conservative Republican judge's order that she uphold her oath of office (to uphold the Constitution) and do her statutory duty of issuing marriage licenses.
