* PLANNED PARENTHOOD DEFENSE: The U.S. Justice Department has sued in federal court in Louisiana to stop Gov. Bobby Jindal from ending Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood for legal gynecological services. It impedes legally required free choice of doctors for patients. Does this mean the Justice Department will file also in Arkansas against Gov. Asa Hutchinson's equally punitive move against Planned Parenthood? If not, a private lawsuit is planned before the ban takes effrect Sept. 14.
