Drew Petrimoulx of KARK reports from Conway that two teens will be charged with capital murder in the deaths of Robert and Patricia Cogdell, found dead at their home July 22.

He said Justin Staton, 14, who lived at the home with the Cogdells as guardians, and Hunter Drexler, 17, would be charged.

Staton was taken into custody the day the bodies were found. Drexler was taken into custody with two other teens in Texas the next day and returned to Arkansas. The three were described as runaways and two had minor gunshot wounds.

In addition to capital murder, they are being charged with robbery, theft and abuse of a corpse.
