Sorry for the inactivity. I've been busy. Here's an open line. But stay tuned for tomorrow, when I'll be passing along some new things I've learned about the unconscionable delay by the Arkansas Supreme Court in handling the same-sex marriage case in Arkansas.

The photo above comes from Jack Wagoner, lead attorney in the federal lawsuit that produced a ruling invalidating the Arkansas ban on same-sex marriage and a supporting attorney in the state case with Cheryl Maples.

A business trip took him to San Francisco this weekend. He sent the photo of people celebrating in the Castro district. It was "awesome" there today, he said. I believe his photo shows him getting an affectionate welcome. CORRECTION: I talked to Jack after writing this and found he was not on business, but on the West Coast to attend Saturday night's Grateful Dead concert in Santa Clara, Calif.
