The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette coverage today of Little Rock’s passage of a non-discrimination ordinance identified the sponsor, Director Kathy Webb, as “gay.” Fact. She’s, as the saying used to go, an open lesbian.

Does it matter? Should other members of the Board be identified as to their sexual orientation and marital status?
