New on the LIttle Rock City Board agenda, for approval April 21:
A $350,000 expenditure to contribute to “infrastructure” for a new corporate headquarters on Riverfront Drive for the American Taekwondo Association, which brings a huge taekwondo competition to Little Rock each year.
The city grant, from a fund created by a sales tax increase, will be paid only if the state of Arkansas delivers a promised $950,000. Together, city and state would pay about 10 percent of a $12 million project.

Information on the grant says the headquarters operation, already in Little Rock, will employ 20 new employees at the new facility.
