Noted in a quick perusal of billing filings.

* PENSION ROLLBACK: HB 1209 by Reps. Bell and Gonzalez would roll back multipliers of years of service granted to various elected officials in computing public pensions (such as a rollback of triple counting for governors who served in covered state jobs before 1999) and add a multiplier for county and municipal employes in state system.

* TERM LIMITS: Sen. Clark has a proposed constitutional amendment to tinker with term limits, just changed by Amendment 94. It woud keep the newly expanded limit of 16 years of total service, but limit serve to five terms in the House and three in the Senate.

* ANNUAL SESSIONS: Another proposed amendment would end the every-other-yer fiscal session of the legislature.

* EDUCATION CREDENTIALS: Sen. Alan Clark would end the requirement that the state commissioner of education hold a teacher's license and had experience as a teacher.
