The Little Rock police report that four men with sledgehammers used them to rob Sissy’s Log Cabin jewelry store on Grant Street in the Heights about 2:30 p.m. today.

An unknown amount of jewelry was taken. The getaway car, found a short distance away, was a stolen vehicle.

At this time, no description of the robbers are available. No one was hurt. Surveillance video was released later.

Four (4), possibly black, males came into the business dressed in dark hoodies. Once inside they pulled out mallet style hammers and broke the glass out of the watch case and grabbed several watches before fleeing the store. The suspects got into a blue van that was stolen earlier this date l. The vehicle was driven by a fifth suspect. They fled the area and the van was recovered abandon a few blocks away.
