* WHERE'S THE LEGISLATIVE FEED:
A reader notes that interim legislative committees have not been available through live-streaming today, but the House has made its equipment available to livestream school groups singing Christmas carols in the Capitol rotunda. Among the committees not available to the public (though it could be): Advanced Communications and Information Technology. The reason for this disconnect is the Senate. It won't allow itself to be televised. Interim committees are joint Senate/House creatures. In deference to the Senate, no TV.
