The Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police chapter has endorsed Republican Stacy Hurst, a current member of the Little Board of Directors (which sets pay for cops), in her race for House of Representatives against Democrat Clarke Tucker.

The FOP, which cited its years of working with Hurst, often endorses Republican candidates. It famously rejected Bill Clinton as a presidential candidate.

An interesting question, given how many cops don’t live in the city that pays their salary, would be how many voting FOP members live in the district Hurst wants to represent.
