The secretary of state's office has completed signature verification on statewide ballot initiatives. The final count:
* ALCOHOL SALES:
The proposed constitutional amendment to allow alcohol sales in all 75 counties was signed by 127,265. Of those, 91,831 were validated, with 78,133 needed.
* MINIMUM WAGE
: The initiated act to raise the minimum wage needed 62,507 signatures of registered voters. Supporters turned in 130,016 signatures. Of those, 89,790 were validated.
A lawsuit has been filed to throw the alcohol measure off the ballot, but it did not challenge the sufficiency of signatures. No action has been filed against the minimum wage measure.
