, which has failed to make good on money owed
for purchases of farm crops. He also was a principal in a related grain dealing firm.
It was a voluntary filing under Chapter 12 of the bankruptcy code. The filing lists a number of creditors, but lists no specific monetary sums owed.
The filing estimates Bartlett has up to 49 creditors and lists assets and liabilities of $1 to $10 million.
