'Why is Arkansas, of all states, becoming the Obamacare poster child?'

There's really nothing in this Vox article, with the headline quoted above, you don't already know thanks to David Ramsey's leading coverage of health insurance in Arkansas.

But you have to love the headline.

And again thank Rep. John Burris for helping make Arkansas a leading implementer of Obamacare. Now if he could just get his current employer, the campaign of Republican Rep. Tom Cotton, stop promising to get rid of Obamacare if he should be elected over Sen. Mark Pryor.

Lower premiums. Fewer people applying for disability. More people with health insurance. This is terrible to Tom Cotton because, yes, expanding Medicaid meant an increased government expenditure, even if it was paid for by new charges. The Kochs could get a tax cut if we'd stop doing stuff like helping get health insurance for working stiffs.
