* The Supreme Court won't dodge a decision on same-sex marriage the next time it gets a case on it. It won't delay, as an earlier Supreme Court did in waiting until 1967 to strike down laws that prevent interracial marriage. She said she expects a decision by 2016, perhaps a year earlier.
