Greg Yarbrough of KARK Tweets this morning that Saline County Clerk Doug Curtis has said the county will no longer issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. Yesterday, Saline didn't, then did, issuing a half-dozen or so.

That leaves Pulaski, Washington and Marion Counties on the list honoring the spirit of Judge Piazza;s ruling. Pulaski and Washington were defendants in the case and had more impetus to obey his finding, but four other counties — Saline, Lonoke, White and Conway — have decided they have legal reason to ignore it.

Anne Orsi, who officiated in Saline, tells me she's ordained, and registered as an officiant, through the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. It believes in pastafarianism.
