  • DARIN GRAY: New president of ad firm.
Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods, the state's largest ad and PR firm, announced today that Darin Gray would become the firm's president.

Here's the agency's release. Gray will continue to live in Northwest Arkansas. He takes a position that had been vacant. It was once held by Wayne Woods, who remains chairman of the CJRW board and CEO.

Gray had been president and publisher of Northwest Arkansas Business Journal until February, when the company he founded was placed in a family trust administered by his wife.

CORRECTION: I wrote originally that Woods had been president. He had not held that role for some time. The job was vacant.
