I spent Thursday through Monday morning on a cruise in the Gulf of Mexico with a group of good friends, stopping for a day in Cozumel (if I had known Max was coming that way I would have planted an Arkansas Times catfish flag on the beach for him). I’ve never been on a cruise before and not sure if I’ll vacation on a floating mall-casino-buffet again, but four full days away from the Internet does the body good.

The line is open — feel free to include home remedies for getting your “land legs.” I didn’t get seasick at all but since disembarking I’m wobbly with vertigo. If I get my balance, I’ll have more later this evening on Iowa’s newly approved Medicaid expansion deal, which is similar to the Arkansas “private option.” What else you got?
