The Obama administration has said it is working on this. It should. Because then we'll test the sincerity of Republican critics. Would they allow a fix to permit this, or just use the controversy as an excuse to continue to attempt to kill expansion of health insurance for all Americans?
Clinton made the point that those complaining of cancellations are sometimes complaining of being moved to better coverage with lower deductibles and co-pays. Nonetheless, they should have that option, he said.
