The Arkansas Realtors Association monthly market report shows home sales statewide in the counties it monitors were up more than 18 percent in September compared with the same month in 2012. Average home prices were down slightly, 1.6 percent statewide. Benton and Pulaski county led sales reports (404 and 381 respectively.) Pulaski values were highest, an average $184,000 per house.
