The meter is running on digital membership

Please consult our FAQ for questions. If it doesn't address yours, write to lindseymillar@arktimes.com.

Here are the two we've gotten most often in recent days:

How do I log-in?

If you're still using the same browser on the same computer or device you used to subscribe, you're logged in. If not, you'll see a pop-up asking you to subscribe after you've read five posts. In the pop-up, you'll see a link to sign-in. Use your email address and the password you provided TinyPass. As long as you don't clear your cookies, you'll stay logged in indefinitely.

Do I have to use the same email address to sign up for a digital subscription that I use to sign into the website to comment and vote in polls?

No. There's no relationship between your Times account that you use for commenting and your digital membership account, which our paywall provider TinyPass maintains. We'll use the email address used in your TinyPass account to notify you about special deals and member parties.

One more thing I don't think has been mentioned: Views of posts on the Arkansas Blog and Rock Candy on the homepage won't count towards the meter limit.
