FAYETTEVILLE— On the same day of a university gun forum, Fayetteville police have confirmed that someone accidentally shot themselves at the campus radio station, KUAF. Lt. Matt Mills, with UAPD, tells us that a work study student was showing the gun to another student in the lobby of the station. That’s when it accidentally went off, shooting the gun’s owner in the hand. University policer are taking over the case. We will have updates online and on air at 5, 6, and 10pm on KNWA and at 9pm on the Fox News Edge.

My UA correspondent said the gun is believed to have been a personal defense weapon called The Judge, a five-round revolver that can fire a shotgun shell or .45 round. The UA announcement:
