My childhood pal Randy Cox, a Little Rock social worker and dogged advocate for ending corporal punishment in school, sends along another interesting link to a video on the subject:
The list of states that still allow corporal punishment in schools is nearly a match with the list of states that voted for Mitt Romney. Arkansas, yes, of course. Exceptions: Colorado and Florida. Also Utah, which went for Romney but doesn't allow corporal punishment in schools, according to the video.
