The Little Rock Police Department says the July death of a man wounded in an April 2011 robbery has been ruled a homicide because injuries in the shooting contributed to his death. Sgt. Cassandra Davis said Damien Lee suffered a head injury from a gunshot. He was suspected in the robbery of a convenience store at 1817 S. Woodrow. According to a report at the time, a robbery victim said one of the robbers shot the other robber, later identified as Lee. Braylon Sisk, also suspected in the robbery, has been charged with murder in Lee's death. He was already in jail on drug charges.
I think that's homicide 36 for the year.
