Group urges Wi-Fi in city alert centers



The Coalition of Greater Little Rock Neighborhoods has asked the Central Arkansas Library System to use its Internet portal to provide wireless Internet connections at the city alert centers. The coalition, which has helped work in a program that has put computers in the hands of children from low-income families, says the city had agreed to use of the alert centers for providing a signal that connects to the library network (including its blocks to access to porn and gambling sites.)
