Environmental activist Shawn Porter has sent around a collection of aerial photos of U.S. Forest Service/Game and Fish Commission work in the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest on the Bearcat Hollow project to, among others, improve wildlife habitat for non-native elk and other animals. Porter isn't impressed. He fears impact of the second phase in the Richland Creek watershed.
