The Log Cabin Democrat reports on a plea deal in the case of Russell Johnston, whose crashes with two other cars in a road rage episode led to fourth deaths. He pleaded no contest to four first-degree murder charges and was sentenced to 10 years, with credit for a year he has already served. Johnston was partially paralyzed in the wreck. The other driver involved in the eight-mile chase got a 20-year sentence from a jury following conviction at an earlier trial.
