Silly me. When I read the Precision Surveillance Corp. press release earlier today, I should have picked up that Grant Tennille
, formerly interim director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission
, is now the director, as it referred to him in the release. Now comes an announcement from Gov. Mike Beebe's
office that the governor has appointed Tennille, 43, his former deputy chief of staff, to the post.
Beebe also named Steve Bryles, deputy director of the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission, as director. Bryles, of Blytheville, is a former state senator representing Mississippi and Poinsett counties. The commission's previous director, Jon Fitch, passed away last year.
