Hot Springs National Park Rangers are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the three men who attacked a physically disabled 22-year-old Pearcy man on Feb. 16 on the Grand Promenade in Hot Springs. The man was beaten, knocked unconscious and seriously injured, according to a release from the Hot Springs National Park.
