The Bryant City Council had another long and contentious committee session last night, capped by Mayor Jill "Republican" Dabbs departure after council members attempted to question her about photographs we mentioned Sunday showing her and others in the VIP area at Bryant Family Fest in July. Beer was being consumed in a city park, contrary to city ordinance.
Fox 16 was on hand and captured some video of what Dabbs called a "big ol' gotcha" by critics that she didn't believe was city business.
A Council committee also pared down a police vehicle request, moving from an all-Tahoe fleet to, according to Bryant News, a blend of vehicles including Tahoes, Chargers and Durangos.
