Still no claims on a $77 million Powerball ticket sold in a Georgia truck stop six months ago. The deadline for claiming the prize is this evening, 9:30 p.m. our time. If no claimants, the jackpot will be split up among states that play Powerball, according to wagering on that day's sales. As I mentioned last week, Arkansas accounted for about .8 percent of the sales on the jackpot in question.
CORRECTION: I wrote originally, based on one account, that the deadline for claiming the prize was 4 p.m. our time. But an Atlanta newspaper story indicates it can be claimed until a lottery kiosk in the Atlanta airport closes at 9:30 p.m. our time.
