The Wisconsin Assembly has approved a rule allowing concealed weapons on the floor of that legislative body and the gallery. How'd they beat Arkansas to this?
Note: You may not open carry a rifle into the Assembly. Even more noteworthy: Cameras and protest signs are not allowed in the gallery because Republicans, who wanted the guns, objected to allowing implements of speech.
Is there really any question about which is more powerful — guns or free speech?
