The line is open. You're up. Final thoughts:
* LAKE MAUMELLE IN PERIL? As I expected, citizen groups are calling foul on last-minute changes in a land use plan for the Lake Maumelle watershed, subject of a public hearing tomorrow night. Too late for independent analysis come changes that will allow more intensive residential development, a benefit for major landowner Deltic Timber. The change from one to two houses per acre allowable in one district could mean thousands of additional houses over time. Deltic has been fighting strong land use rules in the basin for years and tried unsuccessfully to pass a law to hamper local control. More details added to my earlier item.
* WHAT GOES BETTER THAN KOCH? Roby Brock Twitters that Laurie Masterson, the Fayetteville sex book banner and wife of D-G columnist Mike Masterson who's been laboring for the Koch front group in Arkansas, is going to work for a political consulting firm that includes former state Republican party director Chase Dugger. Doesn't mean she might not still be doing work for the Kochs.
