TV court judge Mary Ann Gunn grants a rare interview to John Brummett. Same story. Her TV show is not about self-aggrandizement but public awareness of the evils of drug abuse (needless to say selling pitiful stories to the reality TV audience is what it's REALLY about). Still no answer on the court records that went missing after she left the bench and then were returned to a locked room in the courthouse supplied by the compliant county judge, Marilyn Edwards, who'd earlier allowed Gunn to rent a public courtroom to play pretend on TV.
PS — Despite Gunn's representations, drug court defendants have told me that elements of their personal records were injected into Gunn's televised proceedings that they'd have preferred not been discussed. But they were afraid to object.
