RICHMOND RUNNING IN 4TH: Marcus Richmond, a businessman who lives in Harvey, announced his candidacy for the Fourth District U.S. House seat yesterday on his Facebook page. Richmond will run as a Republican. From the announcement: "It is time to send a representative to DC who will focus on the next generation instead of the next election.
