Georgia court upends charter schools

I don't think there's direct applicability to Arkansas, except spiritually, but the Georgia Supreme Court has struck down a state law there that allows the state to approve charter schools when local school districts object. The local districts in Georgia objected that those state-approved schools took their students and the state money that supported them, to the detriment of the local districts.
