Between hard times and tax cuts, it's a lean year for Arkansas. No raises for state employees. But, it was announced yesterday, there will be $50 million in surplus from the General Improvement Fund. Some $40 million will be spent at the discretion of the governor and the House and Senate will have $10 million to share.

How will it be spent?

Here's how, a spreadsheet distributed yesterday for potential projects that have appropriation legislation. The governor will have way more than enough projects to choose from.
