But I was also interested in a casual remark of his, about the "neutered" consumer rate advocacy division of the Arkansas attorney general's offfice. Remember when state attorney generals built careers on vigorous advocacy for biscuit cookers at the PSC — Jim Guy Tucker, Bill Clinton, Steve Clark, Winston Bryant and more? If Dustin McDaniel has done any vigorous advocating for consumers at the PSC, I've missed it. He went totally in the tank on the poison-belching power plant in Hempstead County, to name one. Ah, but sports agents. He's all over them. And you do get a punishing bill from a sports agent in the mail every month, don't you?
