Arrived home from lunch today at Little Rock's finest taco truck (Taqueria Samantha No. 2 — recommend the burrito pastor with everything) to find four deer grazing across the street from our house in Hillcrest. Fritz grabbed a shot of three of them with a handy iPhone. The lead deer was down the hill several yards to the left.
A miracle day for our daughter. She connected in Dallas to what was apparently the last plane to land at a New York-area airport before the blizzard hit. We're already hearing tales of neighbors with friends and family looking at two-day layovers in O'Hare and elsewhere.
All of which is to say: The line is open.
