Sheffield Nelson, the former Game and Fish commissioner who's sued over Game and Fish Commission practices, now writes Attorney General Dustin McDaniel to join him in his protest of the commission's hiring of outside counsel to defend against Nelson's suit. Nelson objects to unlimited questioning of him as lawyers prepare for the suit.

UPDATE: The attorney general's office politely declines Nelson's suggestion that — absent a request from the Commission itself — that it take over representing the Commission in Nelson's lawsuit.
