John Lyon of Stephens Media does some further digging into the slipshod travel reimbursement procedures of the Arkansas Lottery. It’s about more than inadequate recordkeeping and whether Ernie P. and other lottery bigshots have found ways to leverage first class travel on the state’s coach class rules. The question is why they have to travel so often to Georgia (mighty near South Carolina, I’d note) in the first place. Don’t they have telephones? Can’t the Georgia-based lottery vendors making jillions off the Arkansas Lottery fly HERE?
